Condos like Casa del Sol and Villas Catalinas are closeby as well. If you keep on walking, there is a walking trail leading to Playa Prieta, another beautiful beach. There are larger luxury homes in the hills on the way to Las Catalinas. Another favorite beach is further north: Sugar Beach (Playa Azúcar, named after its white fine sand) is a must visit. From there you are very close to Sentido Norte Restaurant and Bar and Las Catalinas Town.
